This website, thinkweekend.us, is operated by Think Weekend LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ThinkWeekend," "we," "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and pricing. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if there is a pricing error or we can't fulfill it. Shipping, pre-orders, and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Our content. The ThinkWeekend name, logo, card questions, packaging, text, and images belong to Think Weekend LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the kit for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our content without written permission.

Not professional advice. ThinkWeekend is a tool for conversation and reflection. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for any of these.

Testimonials. Testimonials on this site reflect the opinions of the people who gave them, with their permission. Individual experiences vary.

Acceptable use. Please don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no use of the site to send spam.

Disclaimers. The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Weekend LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
