Privacy Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Think Weekend LLC ("ThinkWeekend," "we," "us") collects through thinkweekend.us, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect.

  • Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), order details, and anything you send us by email.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not see or store your full payment card number. Payments are processed by Squarespace Payments.

How we use it. To process and ship orders, send order updates, answer your questions, send marketing emails if you've signed up, understand how the site is used, and advertise our products. We also use it to prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Who we share it with. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: Squarespace (website, checkout, and email campaigns), Stripe (payments), shipping carriers, Google Workspace (email), systeme.io (email and marketing tools), Meta (analytics and advertising), and Microsoft (site analytics). They may use your information only to provide services to us, or as described in their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and advertising. We use cookies and tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure site traffic and show ads for ThinkWeekend on Meta platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Meta account. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Site analytics. On parts of our website we use Microsoft Clarity, a free analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our pages. Clarity records information such as pages viewed, clicks and taps, scrolling and mouse movement, and device, browser and approximate location details. Sensitive information that you type into forms is masked by default. We use this information only to improve our website. Clarity is provided by Microsoft, which processes this data under its own Privacy Statement, and may use cookies or similar technologies to do this. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before Clarity runs. You can decline, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Email marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing hello@ThinkWeekend.us.

Data retention and security. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet tax and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Children. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us at hello@ThinkWeekend.us and we will delete it.

California residents. If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example through the Meta Pixel), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@ThinkWeekend.us. We may need to verify your identity first.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
