Shipping Policy

Shipping is free to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery. Orders ship from Houston, Texas, by standard shipping. Orders placed after launch generally ship within two weeks of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Apparel orders. Think Weekend shirts are printed to order by our production partner and ship separately from the kit, from a different facility. Please allow 2–7 business days for printing before a shirt ships. If you order a shirt and a kit together, they will arrive as separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

International shipping. We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, the United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Portugal, Australia, and Argentina. International orders usually arrive in about 2–5 weeks. Shipping is a flat fee per order, shown at checkout. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are set by the destination country, are not included in your order total, and may be collected by the carrier or customs on delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Pre-orders. Pre-orders placed before launch are expected to ship by December 1. If we can't ship by that date, we will email you with a new date. You may then keep your order or cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing hello@ThinkWeekend.us.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible, and we will try to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged orders. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can confirm a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or it hasn't arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, email us, and we will work with the carrier and replace or refund your order.

Taxes. Sales tax is collected at checkout where required by law.
