Refund Policy

30-day returns. If you're not satisfied, you may return your ThinkWeekend kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Condition. The kit must be unused and in like-new condition. We strongly prefer that it be returned in its original packaging, and we may decline returns that are used, damaged, or missing items.

How to return. Email hello@ThinkWeekend.us before sending anything back, and we will reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we can confirm a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post the refund.

Pre-orders. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can confirm a refund or replacement.

Apparel. Shirts are printed to order, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If a shirt arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email hello@ThinkWeekend.us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
